Accessing your Sentora password from the console

In order to access your password, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on mCloud portal.

2. From the My services menu, choose option Cloud server.
   
   
   

3. Click on the name of your server.
   
   

4. Click Console.
   
   

5. Press ENTER on your keyboard.

6. Type "root" for username and enter the password for your server (as seen on the Server details page under Administrator SSH/Console password).

7. Type the following comamnd: cat /root/passwords.txt.

8. Press ENTER.

Your passwords will be shown as seen below. Your Sentora password is displayed under "zadmin". You will alsoneedthe MySQL root password which is used as a main password for the SQL database.

The remaining passwords are used for the individuals ervices and it is recommended not to change them.

Important note: In case you change the zadmin or SQL password, it is necessary to enter the new ones into the passwords.txt file as well.
