Managing contacts

mCloud allows you to add contacts who will be allowed to manage your resources. You also have the ability to precisely define what each of the contacts will be allowed to do. For example, you can add a person as a technical contact, another person as someone who will deal with invoices, etc.

In order to start managing your contacts, choose option Manage Contacts from the Account menu.

The following information and options are available inside this page:

  • First Name– contacts's name
  • Last Name – contact's last name
  • Email address – contact's email address
  • Last logged in at: – the date and time this contact last logged in
  • config-icon.jpg the menu for accessing options for managing contacts
    • Last logged in at – information on when this contact last used mCloud
    • Add new contact – the option for Adding a new contact
    • Edit contact – the option for Editing a contact
    • Login as this contact – the option for Logging in as your contact and using the mCloud
    • Delete – the option for Deleting a contact
