CNAME record is used in case you want your site to be available both with and without the www prefix (e.g. mysite.com and www.mysite.com). In order to start adding the CNAME record, select the domain you wish to add the record for.
The page with the list of all of your domains is displayed.
Choose option CNAME from the Add new record menu and click Add. The following page is displayed.
The following parameters are available:
- Name – enter www
- TTl – leave the default value
- Content – enter the domain name
After setting the desired parameters, click Submit and the new CNAME record will be added.
