Important note: after creating a database, you will need to add a user for that database (see Creating a new database user).
You will need a database whenever you are installing and configuring any of the popular web applications (e.g. Wordpress) on in case you wish to create your own web application.
In order to start creating a new database, choose option MySQL Database from the Database section.
The following page will be displayed.
Enter the name for your database into the Database name field and click Create (note: each databse you add will automatically have a prefix admin_). A confirmation message about a successfully created database will be displayed.
