mcloud allows you to clone an existing domain quickly and easily and thus not waste time having to setup everything from start. In order to clone the settings from the existing domain, choose option Clone entries from other domain during the procedure for adding a new domain.
The page will be refreshed and will contain options for cloning:
- Clone zone content from - choose the domain which you want to clone
- Replace record content (i.e. CNAME's) - tick this option to also clone all related records which have been defined for the existing domain
After setting these parameters, click Submit and the new domain will be added by cloning the existing one.
