In order to start using the traceroute follow these steps. Click Start and type in CMD.
The console will be displayed.
Type in tracert followed by the adress of the site you wish to perform the trace route for (e.g. google.com). Press enter on your keyboard. The trace route will begin.
Wait until the tracert is completed and then copy the results. Right click and choose option Select All.
The whole trace route will be selected and copied.
Open your email client, paste the trace route results into the body of the message and send it to us.
